The game starts with Mario outside the Mushroom Castle, where there are few obstacles and enemies. Once inside the castle, you will find hidden rooms with paintings that act as portals to different levels. Initially, only a small part of the castle is accessible. As you collect power stars, you will unlock more levels and eventually gain access to Bowser's room. Defeating Bowser in the first two levels will open up the basement and top floors of the castle. To complete the game, you must collect 120 stars, allowing you to explore all the hidden areas of the castle.
